How long does it take for a design to be completed?

The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. It normally takes minimum less than 14 days to build a normal HTML Flash website and for the websites where lot of interactivity is to be built in, it may take about 4 weeks.

If I already have a site can you help me improve it?

Yes. We can redesign or add content to an existing site, and costs less money than building one from scratch.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?

If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, design an initial web page for you. This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

Can you use my company's existing logo, brochure design, and
      other materials for my website?

Yes, we can certainly use your existing company literature such as logo's, brochure, etc. for incorporating in the new web site.

 What are the things that you expect from my company
       tocomplete the web site design?

Brochures, logos, photographs, product descriptions, business cards etc. are all recommended resources to use. For new businesses we will help you get started from scratch. A dedicated person will answer any questions during your website project.

How much will it cost?

The cost of a website varies, depending upon the type of site you require. A basic site will cost approx. INR 4500 for a home page, and other pages INR 1200. Obviously each site has to be treated on it's individual requirements, but these figures should give you an idea of a ballpark figure.

We request a 50% deposit for all projects. The balance of payment is then due completion of the project.

Payment can be made by cheque OR Bank transfer.

The only ongoing cost will be your annual hosting fee.

What do I get for my money?

All our designs are created and conceived from your requirements. We don't use ready made templates, all our sites are designed from scratch. So if you want a green website with pink spots you can have one!

What happens when I complete your contact form?

If you are making an enquiry about a possible site you would like created, please provide a brief outline of your requirments. We will then mail you back promptly with an idea of price/timescale and any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to use the form to ask any related questions you may have.

Do I need to send a deposit for the work?

Yes, we generally ask for a 50% deposit from clients.

Will we need to have a meeting?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

What aftersales support do you offer?

After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Depending on the business, some amount of maintenance would be required. As your business evolves, it may require some things to be added, deleted, or modified. If there is no much change in the business from time to time, the maintenance will also be minimal. Any support thereafter will be charged.
